Night Barista

PJ's Coffee in Monahans, TX is looking for qualified baristas to join our team. We are located on 1259 E Interstate 20, STE A. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Don't know how to make drinks? It's okay- we will train someone who has good work ethic qualities and is able to provide exceptional customer service!

We are looking for someone to add to our NIGHT SHIFT. Night Shift starts from 12pm-4:30pm Shift work requires at least 4-7 hours so baristas are out of their shift from 4:30pm-8:30pm depending on the shift.

Responsibilities

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain conversations with customers *Maintain a clean and tidy work area (we wash our own dishes) *Bake and prep pastries and menu items *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Follow all PJ's Policies

Qualifications

*Must be someone who is on time *Must be someone who is in a positive cheerful mood *Must be someone who enjoys talking to people *Must be someone who likes coffee *Must be someone who is able to move around quickly *Proven working experience as a barista *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $9.00 - $12.00/hour.
