Pj's Coffee in Mandeville, LA is looking for a store manager to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 4520 Hwy 22. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

*Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place *Hire and onboard new baristas *Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses *Ensuring that all financial duties and reporting are completed accurately

*Proven experience as a store manager *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
