We are looking for someone who :
- Has M-F 5 : 30PM-10 : 30PM availability
- Has at least 1 year of commercial supervisory experience in an office building setting
- Follows instructions and is eager to learn
- Presents a neat and professional appearance
- Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects.
- Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities & Tasks may include, but are not limited to :
restroom cleaning, kitchen / break area / conference room cleaning, vacuum carpeted areas, and general floor cleaning, trash removal, dusting and other additional duties as assigned.
