By leveraging insights from leading investor community experts, PJT Camberview helps public companies navigate complex shareholder matters and build strong investor relationships. Program Overview : Upon completing training, Summer Analysts at PJT Camberview will gain hands-on experience across various aspects of client work, business development, and research. Given the advisory team’s relatively small size, Summer Analysts will take on an integral role within client teams and collaborate closely with senior professionals. Responsibilities : Summer Analysts will work on diverse assignments, primarily focusing on PJT Camberview’s three business verticals : governance, strategic investor relations, and shareholder activism. Key responsibilities include : Assisting in daily client engagements and providing support across various projects.Conducting analyses on client takeover defense strategies, corporate governance practices, and company fundamentals.Developing research materials and analyses to identify potential investor concerns and mitigation strategies.Supporting senior team members in advising management teams and boards on investor-related and strategic matters.Assisting in the identification and prioritization of new business opportunities.Preparing materials for pitch meetings and business development efforts.Researching and analyzing institutional investors, governance practices, shareholder activism trends, company fundamentals, and investor relations messaging.Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership by supporting the development of analytical frameworks and research materials with broad applicability. Qualifications : PJT Partners seeks highly motivated, intelligent individuals with strong academic, leadership, and extracurricular backgrounds.
