Our bussers at The ChopHouse are an integral part of our guests’ dining experiences. They make sure that our atmosphere is clean, stocked, and ready for business.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining room, lobby and service areas.
- Fill water glasses and address needs requested by servers and customers, when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
- Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Be able to safely lift up to 20 to 25 pounds.
