Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system or OpenTable.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems or similar technology is a plus.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing help and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
