We are now hiring a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the 2nd shift manager that works in Saint Paul, MN.
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
The 2nd shift manager at PK Property Services must be a good problem-solver with sharp and critical thinking.
The responsibilities of the 2nd manager include, but not limit to:
- Oversee efficiency of all 2nd cleaning processes
- Research methods to improve operations and customer needs
- Oversee the specialty cleaning and project team
- Supervise and train new manager and supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Recruiting quality employees to provide high-quality customer needs.
- Monitor and report on department performance
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cleaning manager
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- A degree in business is a plus
Compensation:
PK Property Services offers extremely competitive compensation for the industry.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 65k to 75k
