Co-Op, Supply Chain
The Co-Op position will Work on improving current Supply Chain and Demand Management processes to try to eliminate the human entry dependency by looking for automation and or systemic ways to accomplish the tasks timely, in the most efficient manner, with a high level or data reliability to allow the analyst and CSR to focus on execution of the reaction plan based on reliable data.

Co-Op, Supply Chain
The Co-Op position will Work on improving current Supply Chain and Demand Management processes to try to eliminate the human entry dependency by looking for automation and or systemic ways to accomplish the tasks timely, in the most efficient manner, with a high level or data reliability to allow the analyst and CSR to focus on execution of the reaction plan based on reliable data.
Your tasks.
- Analyze current processes and identify / document user / operator dependencies and risks.
- Quantify impact (tangible and intangible, and potential savings and prepare cost / benefit of the project.
- Develop interim solutions / countermeasures to address risks and opportunities and help the analyst and CSR (stop the bleeding).
- Look for solutions to automate the different processes prioritizing based on impact (labor time, risk, investment, if something is done wrong due to manual operation / operator dependent).
- Document solution and prepare Business case to present to stakeholders.
- Work on demos for each proposed solution for automation and present to SC / DM team for buy out and or fine tuning.
- Presentation of final solution to get approval and funds.
- Document new / improved process, train personnel (users and benefited parties) accordingly.
- Monitor to insure consistency and sustainability.
- Education and Experience:
- Pursuing Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum GPS of 3.5
- Knowledge of supply chain systems software/ structural thinking
- Skill/ knowledge requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps
- Experience in supply chain key activities: MRP, Procurement, Conciliations, Logistics, and Planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Good coaching and training skills
- Negotiation skills
- Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus.
- Business/Technical Knowledge:
- Able to work cross-functionally.
- Able to define technical solutions.
- Working Conditions:
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Medium physical activity – ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to move about 100% of the day – office and manufacturing environments.
- High level of initiative and works well in team environment
- Able to manage stressful situations and deadline pressures
- Plans and executes responsibilities with minimal direction
- The position is a regular active, part-time role.
