What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional Overnight Live-In position at PKT Enterprises?
PKT Enterprises has an opening for our Direct Support Professional (DSP) Live-In position at one of our homes in the St. Paul / Roseville area, this location has 4 female clients. The role of a DSP involves coming along side persons with disabilities to provide aide and opportunities that may be difficult for them to do independently; this includes getting out in the community and being involved in fun activities! As a Live-In you would be responsible for the overnights (ideally 10p-8a) from Sunday night through Thursday. Compensation for the sleep shift alone, is the master bedroom at the house. This bedroom includes its own walk in closet and its own bathroom, laundry and kitchen shared with the rest of the house). If applicant is awake at all during their sleep shift, they will be paid at the standard hourly rate. It is expected that in the mornings the Live-In would need to be awake at 6 : 15 to help out with waking up the clients, breakfast, and morning medications. If applicants are interested in earning a hourly rate they can choose to have additional shifts added to their schedule. Any shifts worked that are not the Sun-Thurs overnights will be paid at their standard hourly rate.

- High School Diploma or Proof of General Educational Development (GED) Tests Completion.
