Job Summary:
PKT1 LLC is looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager / Executive Assistant to support client relations and executive operations. This hybrid role combines account management and administrative assistance, focusing on maintaining client relationships, coordinating service renewals, and handling various business tasks. Once training is complete, this role offers the flexibility to work from home 3-4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling service requests and updates primarily through phone and email.
- Proactively reach out to clients 90 days before services are due to present updated quotes and secure purchase orders (POs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client inquiries, helping to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Support:
- Focus on client retention, building relationships, and identifying potential service enhancements within existing accounts.
- Utilize CRM and Field Service Management systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records of service needs and renewals.
- Executive Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing receivables, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and handling various business needs.
- Facilitate team communications, supporting efficient collaboration across departments.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall business operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or executive support.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM, Field Service Management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond proactively.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, with 3-4 days per week remote once training is complete.
