Job Description
The QA Batch Record Specialist supports our fast-paced production environment by managing controlled documents as per standard processes. This involves generating batch records using the Warehouse Management System (Oracle) and/or Quality Management System (Agile), communicating with other departments, and reviewing documents for completeness and correctness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional work environment and practice attention to detail in all tasks.
- Generate batch records, document transactions, and communicate with other departments.
- Review documents, place and remove product on QA hold, and verify disposition.
- Change product status and close jobs in the Warehouse Management System.
Requirements
We're looking for a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail. You'll need:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing facility.
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English.
- Basic software skills, including Microsoft Office and GMP software.
