Who Develops You: Director of Operations
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Is passionate about building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Seizes opportunities to serve customers, even in challenging situations.
- Innovates and improves processes with creativity and insight.
- Has previous customer service experience, ideally in a technology-focused company.
Skills You Have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Comfortable learning new software and training customers on how to use it.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Day shift availability, Monday - Friday (required).
