The Project Management Officer (PMO) will standardize and enhance PSI’s Proven Process across all divisions, ensuring process discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement from pre-construction to completion. This role will drive execution excellence, financial oversight, and operational efficiency while fostering a high-performance culture under the ONE PSI initiative
Key Responsibilities:
Proven Process Leadership:
Standardize project procedures from pre-construction through closeout
Ensure accurate quotes, contract execution, schedule adherence, and financial oversight
Drive accountability, training, and process discipline among Project Managers
Operational Oversight & Leadership:
Foster collaboration with General Managers to refine and implement best practices
Conduct audits, enforce quality control, and track financial performance
Improve change order execution, cost tracking, and invoicing accuracy
Implement automation and software tools for process efficiency
Financial & Contract Oversight:
Ensure strict budget adherence and cost tracking
Establish standardized invoicing and payment collection procedures
Manage subcontractor payment verification and compliance
Project Closeout & Warranty Support:
Implement structured demobilization and closeout procedures
Ensure seamless transition from construction to warranty support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
- 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- PMP, Lean Construction, Six Sigma, or OSHA certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
