Are you someone who thrives on keeping everything running smoothly, both personally and professionally? We are looking for a motivated individual who can take ownership of managing our Team Operator’s schedule, communications, and day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone proactive, who can anticipate needs and priorities, and isn't afraid to speak up when focus is needed. You’ll be a key player in helping balance business growth, and with keeping the Team Operator on track while being a go to access point for the team for resources and technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a world class experience for agents and clients of The Dow Group.
- Strong communication with agents with direct access to Adam, you will help communicate vision and direction of the team.
- Become an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools.
- Real Estate backstop by providing contract support.
- Be eyes and ears by keeping the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring solutions to the table.
- Serve as a Liaison to Real Estate Agents: Act as the main point of contact between the team operator and real estate agents. Assist agents with their daily needs, including handling inquiries, addressing challenges, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Support Agent Operations: Help agents with listing management, transaction coordination, and other support needs, ensuring they have everything necessary to provide excellent service to clients.
- Provide Feedback & Report Insights: Gather and relay agent feedback to the team operator to help improve internal processes and ensure that agents are fully supported in their work.
- Calendar & Time Management: Oversee the Operator’s schedule, prioritize tasks, and protect their time. Ensure they are focusing on high-priority work and personal commitments.
- Email & Communication Management: Handle emails and correspondence, often speaking on behalf of the Operator. Keep communication clear, professional, and timely.
- Scheduling: Confirm and coordinate appointments and showings for buyers.
- Comprehensive Support: Assist the Team Operator in managing all facets of their professional and personal responsibilities.

Required Background:
- Has 3 years of experience as a real estate agent (strongly preferred)
- Experience with business correspondence
- We are looking for a candidate who is level-headed, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrates strong organizational skills under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, email, and communications with minimal oversight.
Compensation & Other Details:
- Compensation depending on experience, range from $60,000-$65,000/year
- This is a full-time, in-office position with responsibilities split between our Wolfeboro and Gilford office locations. The role requires a presence in both locations throughout the week, with specific scheduling to be discussed based on business needs and team coordination.
