We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with Multifamily project experience and 10 years of experience leading, managing, and directly contributing to success of projects.

- full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple multifamily projects, their teams, and construction document production.
- responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
- Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts.
- Professional degree from an accredited college or university
- Professional license preferred but not required
- Experience with mixed use/multifamily project types.
- 10 years of architectural experience
- 3 years of project management experience
- Excellent leadership attributes to mentor supporting staff
- Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
- Proficient in Revit
