Ideal candidates should have :
- Architectural degree from accredited college / university
- 10 years professional architectural experience
- Professional licensure
- Experience in multi-family
- Ability to lead and coach a team of designers
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
- Good attitude and good sense of humor required
