We are looking for a highly skilled and talented architectural designer with 3-5 years of professional experience for an established architectural design firm in North Dallas. You will work on multifamily residential projects and contribute to dynamic architectural design efforts.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ professional experience within an architectural firm with emphasis in design phases of large-scale projects
- Multifamily experience preferred
- Advanced degree in Architecture or Design preferred with a rigorous design education
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills
- Meticulous with all drawings
- Time management skills to honor deadlines and schedules
- Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients
- Ability to use 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, PhotoShop, In Design and Illustrator , and PowerPoint
- Ability to produce hand sketch conceptual / schematic drawings
