ATTRIBUTES Able to support multiple simultaneous business development activities / priorities, good interpersonal skills, good stress management ability, strong verbal / written / graphic communication skills, research mindset, commitment to work in office REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A / E / C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry 10 years of prior success in senior marketing roles. Confident, driven and dynamic servant leader. Above average to Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Above average to Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint strong understanding of the proposal development and interview process RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy / Pursuits Working closely with the Business Development team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects identify market trends and opportunities in the A / E / C industry and develop and support a strategic marketing plan to pursue such opportunities.
