What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Optimization Engineer and Operations Trainer position at Placement Services USA, Inc.?
3 years of experience (or 5 years with Bachelors degree) in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing occupation.Position requires skills / knowledge of the following which may be gained through experience or education in degree granting programs (including projects, papers, internships, practical training experiences or similar) : - Biomass and biofuels engineering including design, piping and instrumentation- Chemical reaction engineering- Operating of industrial pumps, heat exchangers (assembly), compressors and vacuum distillation units- Operating continuous biodiesel production processes, including start-up, and shut down of process equipment- Equipment control / adjustments to equilibrate process chemical reactions- Root cause analysis and solutions for yield loss- Analytical instruments : GC-MS / FID, FTIR Spectroscopy, BET surface area, Bomb Calorimeter, Karl Fischer Titrators, CHNS and TGA analyzers- BQ9000 certification process.Masters or Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biosystems or related Engineering field.; foreign equivalents accepted.Please copy and paste your resume in the email body do not send attachments, we cannot open them and email them at candidates at placementservicesusa.com with reference #093867 in the subject line.
