Position Overview
We are seeking an Acquisitions & Asset Management Specialist to report directly to our Founders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our Real Estate Investment and Development teams in making data-driven, strategic decisions that enhance our portfolio across industrial, retail, land, and office assets. As part of our dynamic, growth-oriented firm, you’ll help drive our success amid Texas’s booming economic and population trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisitions :
- Identify, source, and evaluate acquisition opportunities across Texas
- Target industrial, IOS, retail properties, and sizable land tracts—particularly along the I-35 corridor
- Support the entire transaction process, from due diligence and financing to closing
- Asset Management :
- Manage third-party property managers and leasing agents to optimize lease negotiations and portfolio value
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop timely financial reports for investors and lenders
- Prepare annual property budgets, forecasts, and CAM reconciliations
- Maintain regular, clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
