Location, Location, Location
PlaceMKR’s specific focus is on opportunities in Texas – the most sought after CRE market in the United States. The successful candidate will be expected to report to the East Austin Headquarters daily.
The Role
This role will report directly to the firm's Founders. This position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the Real Estate Investment and Development teams to develop and execute strategic, data driven real estate decisions that optimize our commercial real estate portfolio. You will join a growing firm that is poised to take advantage of the exceptional economic and population growth across Texas. This position offers a flexible schedule, and can require long hours.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and a desire to execute value-add strategies across a unique portfolio of industrial, retail and office assets. They must be a self-starter with a proven track record of asset optimization, as well as the following :
