WATER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (TEMPORARY, LIMITED TERM)
$ 6,218- $7,937 monthly, DOQ
PCWA is seeking an engaged, motivated individual to perform a variety of duties in support of the Agency’s maintenance management program; to provide technical support related to system use and data maintenance; and to assist the Agency division or department with regulatory tracking, reporting, and documentation of environmental and operational compliance. Our ideal candidate will possess two years of increasingly responsible experience in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities found at a water utility, including one year of experience using a CMMS to plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.

This recruitment will result in an eligible list of candidates to be used to fill one newly created full-time limited-term, temporary position. This position will be filled for a period not to exceed two years.
Individuals appointed to these positions will be classified as temporary employees and will not accrue regular status or seniority with the Agency. In accordance with provisions of the federal Affordable Care Act and CalPERS requirements, employees in these positions will be eligible for group health care benefits and CalPERS membership with the Agency.
Salary : $6,218 - $7,937
