As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll oversee client care, provide clinical direction to team members, and ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based treatment. You'll collaborate with community partners, manage program operations, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing's and team meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Conduct intakes, individual, family, and group therapy sessions as needed
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement indicators
- Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive services and secure appropriate referrals
- Manage program budget and develop fiscal projections in collaboration with leadership
- Implement and oversee quality management systems to promote continuous improvement
- Respond to crisis situations and ensure proper incident reporting
- Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and identify training needs
- Participate in program development and policy recommendations
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field
- Diagnostic experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Additional Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Successful completion of background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment
