- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or other related human service specialized fields of study or a Behavioral Health Support degree from an accredited institution
- Direct experience working in clinical mental health - OR - a strong passion for pursuing a career in clinical mental health and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives

- Provide outreach and engagement services to individuals and families in need, connecting them with vital resources and support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, addressing clients' unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with agency and funding requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or other related human service specialized fields of study, or a Behavioral Health Support degree from an accredited institution
- Experience is the field of clinical mental health or a passionate interest in beginning a career in the field of clinical mental health
- Must have valid Driver's License and auto liability insurance, including uninsured motorist coverage
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
