Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services. Responsibilities:
- Implement therapeutic activities to address clients' developmental goals
- Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and other healthcare professionals
- Provide family education and support to ensure effective carryover of therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License
- Article 9 Certification
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred
