Currently, we primarily service the pediatric population, between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview : We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide supervision to SLPAs, with the option to carry their own caseload. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services. Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
