The Ecommerce Technical Business Systems Analyst will work cross-functionally with the manager, members of IT, and Digital eCommerce & Marketing business teams to create a culture of high-quality execution. This role will serve as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal effort and its implementation and enhancement to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.
This person will be the liaison between the stakeholders and development team. You will work on business requirements and review what updates and solutions can be provided for the ecommerce platform and convey this information in a technical manner to the sdevelopment and Architecture team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
- Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
- Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
- Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
- Stay current with industry’s best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
- Ensure solutions align with the organization’s long-term IT strategy.
- Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in business analysis with eCommerce platforms such Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Hybris,
- 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience delivering product demos when needed.
- Familiarity with Agile project execution.
- Basic project management experience is a plus.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
