Expect to work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, from 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to AM, two days on, two days off, providing you with a work-life balance that keeps you energized and focused.

What Matters Most
To excel as an Tool & Die Maker at Placon Corporation, you'll need a certificate in Machine Tool Operations or a related field, paired with at least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Alternatively, equivalent machine tool experience in tool fabrication, maintenance, or a machine shop will be valuable. Proficiency in English is essential for training, safety, and quality purposes. Success in this role also requires a working knowledge of various machine shop equipment.
