Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating packaging and processing equipment to ensure the efficient and effective production of our biscuits and confectionery products. You will work closely with other team members to maintain high-quality standards, meet production targets, and ensure a safe working environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Setting up production lines for efficient operation
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working order
- Conducting quality checks and monitoring production processes
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve production targets
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (Packaging Operators)
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (Processing Operators)
- Ability to read and understand customer specifications
- Basic math skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
