We serve as the Customer Insight Data pod - a full stack analytics owner that partners with the GTM and Customer Growth functions to provide accurate and validated data insights that drive business impact. We validate, transform, and analyze Plaid’s data and use it to inform and drive decisions for our stakeholders. Our Mission is to be stewards of Plaid’s data, ensuring its accuracy and delivering insights that drive impact.As a member of Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role with our GTM team by leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize our Pipeline strategy. You will play an integral role in developing our self-serve data capabilities for Plaid.ResponsibilitiesBe the data expert to GTM; Develop actionable insights that drive bottom-line impact across the team. Utilize SQL and DBT to extract, standardize, transform, and analyze Plaid’s data.Create data visualizations and narratives using Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders.Develop predictive models such as Customer Health Scores, Closed Won Probabilities, and Pipeline Quality Index that speed up decision making and inform Plaid’s business strategy. Work cross-functionally with ML, Data Eng, Revenue, and Ops teams to deliver best-in-class data insights and tools to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Quant related field.5 years of proven experience in a Data / Analytics function.Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.Proficiency in Data Modeling - Github and DBT are a plus.Proficiency in Tableau for creating compelling visualizations.Experience with developing and deploying predictive analytics models and working with ML and Data Eng teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.$126,360 - $189,000 a yearTarget base salary for this role is between $126,360 and $189,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and / or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
