Duties
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies following established recipes.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met in accordance with health regulations.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to produce high-quality baked products.
- Package finished products for display or sale while maintaining presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including equipment and tools.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
