Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Represents the District as a point of contact to program instructors, residents, customers, participants during programs and room rentals.
- Responsible for maintaining control and monitoring the building in the absence of the Facility Manager.
- Sets up and tear down room for events and activities.
- Enforce facility rules and encourage members to follow rules.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas throughout the facility (i.e. mopping, vacuuming, garbage).
- Maintain a proactive approach to safety and risk management. Report all accidents, incidents and unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
- Execute effective emergency procedures as needed.
- Must be least 18 years of age.
- C.P.R., AED, and First Aid Certification required; or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire date.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff.
- Ability to follow direction and work independently.
