Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive community influence by participating in company-sponsored events.
- Operate assigned banks or windows according to departmental and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete all required shift paperwork in accordance with internal control standards.
- Count down bank or window balances at the end of each shift and reconcile with draw amounts.
- Maintain a professional image and encourage colleagues to do the same.
- Demonstrate fluency in English reading and writing skills.
- Learn and adhere to department, property, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Manage variances within established standards, adhering to departmental variance policy.
