**Job Overview**
Plains All American Pipeline is a leading transportation and midstream provider, specializing in solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids. We are seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician III to join our team at the PGS Gardendale Stabilizer Facility in Cotulla, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain electrical and instrument systems, including scheduled and non-scheduled repairs, installations, and modifications
- Ensure compliance with DOT/PHMSA/PSM requirements by maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with field operations, contractors, and other employees to achieve safe and efficient operations
- Assist with pipeline pigging, perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures, and complete other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree with 2 years of related field work experience or 4 years of E&I experience in a plant environment
- Read and interpret manuals, policies, engineering standards, regulations, drawings, and schematics to troubleshoot and solve production problems
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision, respond to call outs, and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, ability to interface with individuals inside and outside the company, and possession of a valid driver's license
