Plains All American (PAA) is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). We own an extensive network of pipeline transportation, terminalling, storage and gathering assets in key crude oil and NGL producing basins and transportation corridors and at major market hubs in the United States and Canada. Plains has a great opportunity for a highly motivated student to join our Emergency Response & Security Management team for a 13-week internship in our Houston office, beginning May 19, 2025. Responsibilities :
- Gain an understanding of :
Oil and gas midstream industry;
Gather information on existing plans, facilities, environmental vulnerabilities, stakeholders, and hazards;

For our summer internship program, we look for sophomores, juniors, or seniors, working toward a bachelor's degree with solid academic credentials along with significant extracurricular involvement. Strong written and verbal communications skills are key to our business as well as having strong attention to detail. Students must demonstrate effective planning and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft products (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and a strong desire to learn more about the Oil and Gas business.
