PAMHC is seeking a full-time Psychological Services Assistant for our Le Mars location. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This person is responsible for administrative tasks for our psychological department; all while adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.
Pay Range
$16.23 to $18.35 depending on experience

- Manage appointment schedules, maintain patient records and handle phone calls and correspondence.
- Obtain necessary authorizations from insurance companies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and manage referrals, facilitating smooth transitions in patient care.
