- Industry related certification a plus
- 10 to 15 years of experience preferred
- Experience with Fiserv Precision and/or associated peripheral systems a plus
- Microsoft SQL/Microsoft Power BI/IBM Cognos experience a plus
- Support Business lines projects and initiatives as needed to enhance profitability and the customer experience with a focus on retail and business development
- Responsible for all aspects of designing, planning, implementing, troubleshooting and supporting
- Salesforce Products including assisting mortgage technology with projects.
- Responsible for the design, implementation, troubleshooting and support of the third -party customer facing systems.
- Responsible for planning and executing complex projects including:
- Research, design, and implement workflow software solutions for all departments within Mortgage
- Integration of third-party software and associated system.
- Data availability
- Process Automation Assist in development of "efficiency procedures" to streamline daily end user tasks, third party integrations, and I.T. Operational processes
- Be an escalation point for issues others are not able to resolve
- Responsible for Company Performance Metric Reporting including but not limited to:
- Finance and accounting reporting
- Company dashboards
- Branch Dashboards
- Board Reporting
- Practices branch security procedures and protects customer confidentiality and privacy
- May perform additional duties as necessary to keep the Bank operating efficiently and effectively
- Participates in professional associations; attends industry-related conventions, conferences, reads pertinent publications.
- Represents Bank at various civic and community events
- Ongoing skill enhancement and training
