Maintenance Supervisor Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising maintenance projects including preventive maintenance activities and emergency repair projects on assigned assets or groups of assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise prioritization, scheduling, and execution of maintenance projects.
• Plan and direct hourly employees and contractors.
• Enforce company policies and procedures with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expertise on equipment reliability and technical performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Pipeline knowledge, experience, and capability to deal with pipeline-related issues.
• Able to accommodate business travel and extended hours as needed.
• Strong background in the petroleum industry with knowledge of rotating equipment, industrial maintenance, crafts, instrumentation, and procedures found in petroleum storage facilities and pipeline systems.
• Familiarity with pipeline mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to recognize talent, build teams, and motivate staff to maximum productivity.

Working Conditions

70% outdoors and 30% indoor in all weather conditions such as rain, heat, or wind.

Language and Compliance

Fluent speaking and writing English required. Compliance with the Company's drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A Testing.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on national averages from job boards such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
