Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Plaistow, NH for a Patient Care Coordinator at Plaistow Dental PLLC. The Patient Care Coordinator plays an important role in the practice's success by being the first point of contact with patients. They are responsible for handling phone calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, and ensuring patients have a positive experience at the practice. They also work closely with the dental providers to ensure timely and accurate preparation of treatment plans, insurance claims, and patient financing options.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software preferred.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and financing options preferred but not required.
- Solutions driven attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
