As a Front Desk Associate, you will be our guests' first point of contact, setting the tone for their entire stay. Shift: Full-Time, must have availability on the weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
- Operations Management: Handle guest bookings in accordance with company guidelines, including check-ins and check-outs, phone inquiries, and financial transactions.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Take on additional duties as assigned by the management team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Be prepared to perform the physical aspects of the job, including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, as well as lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
