Job Summary: The Director of Clinical Services Assistant (DCSA) supports field clinicians and patients under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities include evaluating patient charts, monitoring care plans, scheduling visits, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

- Evaluate patient charts and assist in care plan accuracy.
- Schedule CNA visits and report changes in patient conditions.
- Coordinate care with team members and manage DME orders.
- Complete incident reports and supervise ancillary personnel.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with 1-2 years of acute care and home care experience.
- Current nursing license and CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication and nursing skills.
