- Plans, develops, and evaluates nursing programs and activities.
- Coordinates care with other services to ensure comprehensive support for seniors/clients.
- Implements performance improvement plans and prepares for surveys by regulatory agencies.
- Determines staffing needs to meet client care requirements and maintains appropriate team ratios.
- Ensures assessments and care plans are current and tailored to each individual.
- Promotes respectful, compassionate care respecting clients' wishes and dignity.
- Maintains knowledge of current nursing practices, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Supports staff development, coaching, and adherence to policies.
- Requires RN license, two years LTC experience, good communication, physical ability, and CPR certification.
