LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care and monitor unlicensed staff in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. Responsibilities include maintaining resident health documentation and ensuring compliance with care regulations.

Qualifications

• Required: MN LPN licensure, AHA BLS certification (or proof of enrollment), 0-1 years of experience, and technology proficiency.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree, 1-3 years of experience, and knowledge of MS Office and Point Click Care.
  
  

This position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, competitive wages ($30.42 - $32.44/hour), shift differentials, and generous benefits. Schedule includes 72 hours every 2 weeks with evening shifts and weekend rotations.
