Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include performing in-home visits focused on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and conducting medication and medical history reviews.

• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 visits daily.
• Flexible schedule with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends).
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and potential travel reimbursements.
• State license required; Medicaid license preferred.
