Physical Therapist - (Full Time - PT) - Wetumpka Health & Rehab

GENERAL PURPOSE: Ensure quality care while providing therapy services and supervising therapy assistants in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide physical therapy services per physician’s plan of care.
• Assess therapeutic status and develop care plans.
• Direct treatment and instruct patients and caregivers.
• Report patient reactions and participate in discharge planning.
• Supervise therapy assistants and maintain communication with care teams.
• Attend meetings and contribute to coordinated care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license and two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with computer use and valid driver’s license.
• Active AHA CPR certification for outpatient positions.
