We seek a Physical Therapist to provide ethical, cost-effective management and delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with established care plans. Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting referrals and developing/modifying therapy plans
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients
- Coordinating care with clinical team members
- Directing Physical Therapy Assistants in treatment
- Documenting patient care accurately and timely
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility
- BLS or CPR certification required
- Effective communication skills in English
Salary : $15,000
