General Summary

The Professional Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized nursing care in the Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Laboratory, assisting with various diagnostic and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include patient preparation, conducting cardiac tests, assisting physicians, and maintaining safety protocols. The RN must work varied hours and respond to on-call duties.

  • Education: Bachelor or Associate Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma acceptable.
  • Credentials: Basic Life Support, Registered Nurse, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
  • Experience: New graduates considered; preferred experience in Cardiovascular and EP Lab.
