Contract Position: Intensive Family Therapist
Under the direction of the Director of Youth and Family Services, the Intensive Family Therapist provides clinical treatment to families using Multisystemic Therapy (MST) principles. Responsibilities include crisis counseling, updating demographic data, developing recovery plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires extensive travel, on-call availability, and working with potentially aggressive youth.
Rate of Payment: $47 per hour, 40 hours per week
Areas to be Served: Caldwell County, Gonzales County, Guadalupe County
Eligibility: Masters degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy; fully licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, including family work.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual, advanced licensure in progress.
Benefits: Flexible schedule, on-call and weekend work as needed.
License/Certification: Driver's License required.
