This position is responsible for:

• Greeting our customers in a friendly and inviting manner
• Repair Planning and Blue Printing
• Collecting and updating all customer information
• Properly writing up customer vehicle repairs in CCC
• Working closely with our technicians and insurance companies to ensure supplements are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
• Monitoring the repairs of vehicles
• Selling value-added services to customers
• Accurately updating the computerized notes system to clearly show the story of the repair
• Communicating with customers throughout the entire service repair process

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Experience with the Repair Planning process
• 3 year of customer service in the collision repair industry and/or collision repair estimating experience
• Experience CCC estimating systems
• Production manager experience a major plus
• I-Car certifications is a plus
• Quality and team oriented
