Responsibilities:

*Lead and manage the baking team to ensure efficient production *Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of baked goods *Ensure all baked goods meet quality and safety standards *Order and manage inventory of baking supplies *Maintain a clean and organized kitchen *Train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff *Collaborate with the management team to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:

*Proven experience as a lead baker or in a similar role *Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients *Strong leadership and communication skills *Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required *Excellent time-management and organizational skills *Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods *Certification from a culinary school is a plus *Strong attention to detail and creativity
